The History of Hands On
Hands On began in the early 1980's up at the Joder Arabian Horse Ranch. At the time, Bob Joder, owner of the Ranch, wanted to conduct team building sessions for his clients. Bob integrated ropes course activities with his background in training and development.
In the 1990's Bob established his company as Foothills Consortium with two business partners, Diane Latourette and Tom Leahy.
In 1997, Ted Connolly took over ownership and began operating Hands On Resources (formerly Foothills Consortium).
Ted Connolly has been in the field of Training and Development for over 15 years. He has a successful track record for building strong organizational cultures. He is known for the ability to conceptualize and successfully implement learning organizations for sustained growth. Additionally, Ted has the ability to build cohesive teams dedicated to achieving objectives.
As President of Hands On Resources, LLC, a Training and Experiential Development Firm located in Boulder, CO, Ted has focused on leadership and positive behavioral change within organizations.
He has helped transform many Fortune 500 companies, non-profits and schools by conducting interactive trainings that are objective based, fun and measurable.
