Effective Teams: This program focuses on team and interpersonal skills. Participants develop trust, communication, leadership, problem solving, decision making, team process, common language, awareness and collaboration. This program can be conducted at our facility or the venue of your choice. (Half Day or Full Day Program: Our Location or Yours)
The Challenge of Choice: This program offers participants to explore the dynamics of goal setting, choice and team relationships using an adventure forum. This program integrates the high challenge course and our 500 ft. zipline to provide participants with a fun way to learn more about themselves. (Full Day Program: Our Location Only)
Customized Programs: Hands On also offer customized team building and leadership programs based on your organizations needs. (Two Hour Program - Full Day Program: Our Location or Yours)
Birthday Parties/Events/Family Team Building: Hands On programs are offered to groups who want to celebrate a birthday in an exciting way. We also sponsor programs for wedding groups, families that want to reconnect and family reunions. (Two Hour Program- Full Day Program: Our Location or Yours)
